    Day 1: Set off from Fort Portal town for Kibale National Park!
    After an early breakfast, we head for Kibale National park on our bikes which is 35 km south east of Fort Portal town and we set off from Fort Portal town. Kibale Forest National Park is believed to have the highest density of primates in the world including an estimated 600 chimpanzees (though 85 % possibility of viewing them) and is set at an altitude of 1200 m.
    Kibale is also home to several colobus monkeys such as the rare red and the Angolan, larger mammals such as the bush bucks, sitatungas, duikers, civets and buffaloes and Uganda’s largest concentration of forest elephants.
    We shall arrive at Crater Valley Lodge at Lake Nyabikere, where the beautiful waters of this Crater Lake are free from bilharzia and here we shall enjoy a swim and relax our strained muscles and enjoy a good meal before heading to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.
    Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary was established to protect the Magombe wetland sanctuary, a haven for birds with 137 species, butterflies and a number of primates. The guided walks through this sanctuary have been developed with the aim of assisting community development projects in Kibale area.
    After the Bigodi wetland sanctuary foray we shall head back to John Tinka’s home where we shall relive our memorable day on a camp fire before sleeping the night away in the tranquil environs.

    Day 2: Guided forest walk at Kibale National Park!
    Today we shall cycle back to Nkingo for a guided forest walk where the possibility of seeing the chimpanzees is 85 % though there is a great number of birds and butterflies before again resting at Crater Valley Lodge at Lake Nyabikere where overnight stay will be.

    Day 3: Fort Portal, Music, Dance and Drama!
    Today after breakfast we shall head to Tooro Resort, where we shall be entertained by the Kitumba Music, Dance and Drama group. After that every itinerary member will be transferred to his/her place of abode.

    Departure every Saturday and finalization of booking every Thursday. A considerable percentage of the profits is dedicated to creating awareness about the Twa, Sua and Mbutu pygmies’ plight through the media, blogging, and publications.
